About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer with deep expertise in Xamarin.Android and .NET for Android to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly mobile applications that make a real business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Android applications using .NET for Android .
  • Implement MVVM architecture and ensure clean, maintainable code.
  • Integrate and consume SOAP APIs (XML) and Rest APIs for business logic.
  • Handle Android lifecycle management effectively.
  • Implement async / await programming patterns for responsive and efficient apps.
  • Utilize dependency injection for better modularity and testability.
  • Work with SQLite database for offline / local persistence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Android development.
  • Strong experience with .NET for Android .
  • Proficiency in C#, MVVM architecture, SOAP APIs (XML) and Rest APIs .
  • Hands-on experience with Android UI development .
  • Strong understanding of async / await and dependency injection .
  • Experience with SQLite database for local data storage.
  • In-depth understanding of Android lifecycle management .

    • Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in .Net MAUI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs alongside SOAP.
  • Previous experience in enterprise or large-scale mobile applications .
