Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.

Your primary mission will be to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will be the guardian of our clients' ad spend, ensuring every rupee / dollar is optimized for maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management : End-to-end execution of paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with the team to develop media plans, audience targeting strategies, and budget allocation models.
• Optimization : Daily monitoring of campaign performance. You will tweak bids, audiences, and creatives to lower CPA and increase conversions.
• A / B Testing : Constantly test new creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
• Reporting : Create weekly / monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the design and copy team to brief high-performing ad creatives based on data insights.
