Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HIIT Instructor located in Bengaluru. The HIIT Instructor will lead engaging and energetic group fitness classes, ensuring all participants feel motivated and included. Responsibilities include designing and delivering high-intensity workouts, providing personalized feedback and form corrections, and maintaining a safe, welcoming studio environment. The role requires contributing to DizzyDuck's vibrant fitness community through collaboration and fostering positivity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programming and group fitness instruction
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness techniques, and injury prevention
• Communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire participants
• Certification in fitness or personal training (such as ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
• Experience in leading group workouts; familiarity with yoga or other fitness disciplines is a bonus
• Ability to adapt workouts for varied fitness levels and ensure participant safety
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and building an uplifting community
