Job Description
- Responsible for competency skills management for own team, coaching and mentoring of team members to reach the required competency
- As resource manager responsible for setting of team KRA in line with departmental goals and objectives and their periodic performance evaluation.
- Responsible for capacity planning of team and ensuring effective development of resources for software project execution.
- Responsible for delivery of software products with required quality as per agreed timeline and budget in accordance with the development process.
- Responsible for detailed task planning for assigned projects / WPs considering interdependencies.
- Tracking and monitoring of status of projects / WPs and reporting of project and team updates to higher management
- Involvement in technical reviews, conflict management and risk mitigation to provide effective solutions.
- Support to acquisition projects and strengthen the customer relations.
Candidate Profile
Core competences in electronics, software, automotive-developmentMin 12 years working experience in Software Team Lead roleExperience in personnel managementMust have an automotive product knowledgeExperience in software / hardware project management, change management and risk managementExperience in AUTOSAR, ASPICE and model based development.Knowledge of requirements management and analysis, HW-SW-architecture design and testBeing competent and confident in dealing with customers and cross functional teams within projectsMust demonstrate a positive attitude and clear communication skills.Must be used to work in an international environmentStrong interpersonal skills, accountability, transparency and extremely resourcefulSkills Required
