Job description

Should have strong CRM knowledge. Experience in SOM could be an added advantage. Experience in SAP CRM WEB UI as well as SAP GUI.

Should have strong knowledge in Convergent charging and Mediation Zone. Hands-on mandatory for CC.

Familiarity on CRM Middleware and data replications.

Should be familiar with S4 / ECC.

SAP BRIM / SOM certified
