AVP (Engagement Manager) - Procurement & Risk Management

Job description12 years of relevant experience Core Technical Competence - Handling procurement / supply chain & operations in the finance sector and developing and managing efficient procurement strategies To develop procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing sourcing strategies to meet the organization's needs Good understanding of end-to-end P2P process (Sourcing. TPRM, Contact Admin, Vendor Management) Ensure the team adheres to client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and timelines. Lead discussions with clients on procurement initiatives / handle client visits Ability to lead business development initiatives Experience in handling Critical Situation Willingness to perform duties in varying shifts Accountability and ownership Desired Attributes – Good communications skills Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets / goals. Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
