Sr Associate, Conceptual Designer, BES

Responsibilities and Duties :

Technical

• Creates mood boards that articulate the design direction taken in a way that can be readily followed by the audience Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, After Effects and other design software
• Conceptualizes and pushes boundaries of artworks from client briefs
• Able to easily and meaningfully discuss all design elements and aesthetics with any audience on work created
• Suggests message, style, or media that should be used based on the design brief
• Estimates the time required to complete the project and uses this to stay on track to the deadline
• Provides sufficient orientation to other designers to undertake the work, where appropriate
• An understanding of design tools and techniques. This includes a knowledge of technical restrictions and specifications of the hardware and software used
• Strong management and communication skills. This includes the ability to work with others and to manage tasks the production team must accomplish
• Ensures that all corporate brand guidelines are adhered to and client-expectation is achieved
• Uses a high level of expertise to deliver and encourage stunning design concepts to meet client briefs and expectations
