Role Overview :
As a Quadient Inspire Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer communication management (CCM) solutions tailored for the banking industry. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer engagement through personalized and compliant communication channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Development : Design and develop customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire modules such as Designer, Scaler, and Interactive.
- Template Creation : Develop and configure Inspire applications and templates to ensure efficient and effective document production.
- Automation & Scripting : Write, maintain, and optimize scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction tasks utilizing configuration-driven design methodologies.
- System Integration : Integrate Quadient Inspire with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, or other content management systems.
- Testing & Debugging : Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure high-quality and error-free output.
- User Support : Provide guidance and support to end-users on Quadient Inspire functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills :
Quadient Inspire Modules : Proficiency in Inspire Designer, Automation, Scaler, Content Manager, Interactive, and Approve Workflow.Scripting Languages : Experience with JavaScript, Groovy scripting, and SQL for template development and automation.Data Formats : Familiarity with XML, XSD, XPATH, SOAP, and other data formats used in CCM solutions.Integration Expertise : Knowledge of integrating Quadient Inspire with core banking systems, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.Domain Expertise :
Banking & Financial Services : Experience in designing and implementing CCM solutions within the banking sector, understanding the unique challenges and requirements.Regulatory Compliance : In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting customer communications in the banking industry.Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications : Quadient Inspire certification or equivalent.Experience : Prior experience in migrating legacy CCM systems to Quadient Inspire in a banking environment
