Your Responsibilities :

As an IT Project and Program Manager (m / f / d), you will play a key role in managing and implementing IT projects and programs.

• Successfully delivering IT projects and programs within defined scope, quality, time and budget
• Analyzing project requirements to determine timelines, budgets and appropriate approaches for project delivery
• Leading and motivating project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Coaching development teams on agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and maintaining project artifacts
• Actively contributing to the development of the Project, Portfolio & Knowledge Management department
• Facilitating decision-making processes within project teams and clarifying technical implementations with stakeholders
• Proactively managing risks and issues, including stakeholder management
