Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development through hunting and strategic logo acquisition across BFSI GCCs in India.
- Grow revenue through farming existing accounts and building deeper engagement across service lines.
- Own and deliver on revenue targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities.
- Lead sales and pre-sales efforts, including proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Create and execute detailed account plans to drive top-line growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships within Financial Services GCCs across India.
- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to create solution offerings tailored to BFSI client needs.
- Provide insights into market trends, client challenges, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills and Experience :
13-18 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management in the BFSI domain.Proven success in consulting or IT services sales within the Indian GCC ecosystem, preferably targeting global banks, insurance firms, or energy sector clients.Strong understanding of GCC operating models, decision-making hierarchies, and transformation initiatives.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas :
Capital MarketsBanking & PaymentsWealth & Asset ManagementInsuranceEstablished CXO-level network within the BFSI GCC space.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
