Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting activities
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and financial records
Payments & Vendor Management
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, contracts, and negotiationsOversee processing of payments , ensuring accuracy and timelinessVerify invoices, purchase orders, and service-level complianceEnsure adherence to internal controls and procurement policiesAudit & Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards , and internal policiesCoordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial auditsMaintain documentation for all financial processes and transactionsMonitor and mitigate financial risks through proper checks and controlsPromote financial transparency and accountability across the organizationSkills Required
