The role is with a stock broking firm.
Responsibility :
1. Create and execute a thorough Retail Sales Plan to meet overall Business goals and objectives and engage sales teams, and achieve targets in a cost effective way
2. Oversee, guide, and lead the retail sales staff to guarantee excellent output.
3. To make wise business decisions, track metrics related to sales performance and data analysis.
4. Build and preserve trusting relationships with clients and offer them support and guidance on investment opportunities in the capital market, various trading strategies and also on internal research calls.
5. Suggest and implement different strategies aimed towards retention of existing client base and addition of new clients
6. Responsible for generating revenue from retail clients. Ensuring the sustenance and deepening of existing relations with clients.
Years of Experience : 12- 15 years
8 years in the Broking Industry. Min 3 years in senior leadership role.
Min Educational Requirement : Post Graduate / CA / MBA from recognized
Universities, Advanced degree preferred.
