About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the end-to-end management of a customer-centric digital app. This role requires a visionary professional with deep expertise in product strategy, ecosystem management, and stakeholder engagement, combined with strong domain knowledge of the financial services sector.
The Vice President will be responsible for curating and enhancing an integrated platform that supports customer lifecycle management, lead generation, vendor partnerships, content delivery, regulatory compliance, and ecosystem growth — leveraging analytics to optimize decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. App Product Ownership
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of the customer-facing app.
- Integrate features supporting customer lifecycle management, lead generation, and content curation.
- Ensure seamless user experience aligned with business goals.
2. Ecosystem and Vendor Management
Build and manage partnerships with fintechs, service providers, and internal stakeholders.Foster a thriving digital ecosystem to maximize customer engagement and app value.3. Market Research and Benchmarking
Conduct market studies, competitive benchmarking, and customer feedback analysis.Translate insights into product improvements and innovations.4. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate across business, technology, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams.Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time delivery and adoption.5. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
Monitor evolving regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with applicable frameworks.Partner with risk and legal teams on data governance, incident handling, and regulatory changes.6. Analytics and Campaign Management
Design and manage data-driven campaigns within the app.Monitor performance through analytics, dashboards, and ROI tracking.Leverage insights to optimize user engagement and retention.7. Internal Adoption and Enablement
Drive organizational adoption of the app through training and enablement.Gather feedback and continuously improve usability and feature relevance.Key Requirements
10–15 years of progressive experience in product management, digital strategy, and ecosystem development within the financial services industry.Proven success in managing digital products / apps in complex stakeholder and regulatory environments.Strong understanding of customer engagement models, vendor ecosystems, and lead generation strategies.Experience in designing and managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles using data and insights.In-depth knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven ability to influence at senior levels.Preferred Qualifications
