The role of Commercial Analytics Director / Associate Director is to drive strategic insights on incentive compensation, targeting, and alignment for business development and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include leading client projects on IC design, operations, and sales force effectiveness (SFE), ensuring alignment with business goals. Achieving this requires providing strategic oversight and actionable insights on Salesforce alignment, call planning / targeting, and IC modeling. Additionally, overseeing deployment and optimization of IT tools to enhance IC and SFE processes is essential.
As a leader, the Commercial Analytics Director / Associate Director will manage and mentor project teams, fostering capability development and ensuring delivery excellence across accounts. Building strong client relationships through stakeholder management and effective communication of results and recommendations is vital.
Requirements
This position requires 8-12 years experience in pharma / biotech consulting or commercial operations with expertise in IC and SFE, proficiency in analytics tools, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
