Key Responsibilities :
App Development :
- Develop and build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices.
Customer Training & Instruction :
Act as an instructor, delivering Flutter app development sessions to clients in Western countries.Help customers understand key concepts and best practices in Flutter development.Team Training :
Serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members as required.Ensure that all training sessions are of high quality and properly executed.Feedback and Reporting :
Capture feedback from every session and student, ensuring that it is updated in the database and shared with senior management for review.Communication Skills :
Strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills are essential for effectively dealing with international students.Use of Online Platforms :
Experienced in handling online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and well-versed in using Google suite applications.Collaborative Work :
Work on projects that require intensive teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to the overall success of the team.Session Management :
Organize and deliver sessions for students after onboarding and training.Maintain proper communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service.Group Projects & Coordination :
Collaborate with other instructors on group projects and support the effective delivery of training.Customer Interaction :
Communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more.Student Assessment & Feedback :
Facilitate regular assessments of students and provide detailed feedback to customers to help improve learning outcomes.Qualifications :
Technical Skills : Strong understanding of Coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.Online Platforms : Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.Customer Service : Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.Organizational Skills : Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.Job Location : Remote (India-based, Shift Timings : 4 AM - 1 PM IST)
