Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer & Area Business Manager located in Coimbatore,Karur,Trichy, Kanchipuram and Chengalpet.The role involves conducting group exercise sessions, providing fitness instruction, and managing fitness training programs. The Fitness Trainer & Area Business Manager will also oversee the daily operations of the fitness studio, ensure the highest level of customer service is provided, and contribute to business development efforts. Responsibilities include creating and implementing fitness plans, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with the team to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise, Fitness Instruction, and Fitness Training
• Knowledge of the Fitness Industry
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Passion for health and wellness
• Certified fitness trainer or relevant qualifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is a plus
