Job description

CSC e-Governance Services India Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) set up under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, to implement the Common Services Centres (CSC) Scheme . The organization manages one of the world’s largest digital service delivery networks, enabling last-mile access to essential public and private services across rural and urban India.

Operating through over 6 lakh Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) , CSC SPV delivers a wide range of G2C, B2C, and financial inclusion services including Aadhaar, banking, insurance, telemedicine, education, digital payments, and government welfare services. Its mission is to empower citizens, promote digital inclusion, support livelihoods, and strengthen India’s Digital India vision by bringing technology-enabled services closer to every household.

1. Position Overview

The position Manager – G2C & UIDAI Services will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the delivery of Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services and operating Aadhar Seva Kendras and UCL Centres across all Telangana. The role emphasizes service enablement, compliance management, performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination , and expansion of G2C & Aadhaar services through the CSC network in Telangana.

This includes the management of service implementation and delivery across Telangana, VLE and Operator training and support, work closely with the UIDAI and other relevant Government Departments, performance tracking, reporting, compliance adherence, grievance redressal, stakeholder coordination, and

achieving state-level service rollout targets.

2. Key Responsibilities :

i. G2C Services :

  • Oversee implementation of both Central and State government services across CSCs in Telangana
  • Coordinate with State Government departments to onboard new G2C (Government-to-Citizen) services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials, local authorities, and partner institutions
  • Facilitate MoUs, approvals, and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee implementation of both Central and State government services across CSCs in Telangana

ii. UIDAI Services :

  • Manage the establishment and operation of Aadhaar Seva Kendras (ASKs) and Aadhaar Enrollment & Update Centers at CSCs.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, operator code issuance, and device readiness for VLEs implementing Aadhaar services.
  • Monitor adherence to UIDAI guidelines and compliance regarding security, privacy, and data integrity at all service delivery points.
  • Coordinate with UIDAI Regional Office, District Registrars, and Enrolment Agencies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan and execute statewide UIDAI awareness and capacity-building drives.

    • iii. General Leadership

  • Develop and implement a quarterly action plan for G2C and UIDAI statewide
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with district managers, VLEs, government officials, and other partners.
  • Provide training, guidance, and escalation support to District Managers and VLEs
  • Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and capacity-building programs for smooth adoption of new services
  • Ensure compliance with government guidelines and service protocols
  • Conduct periodic field visits for service quality assurance and operational monitoring.
  • Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and action points.
  • Monitor grievances from VLEs and citizens and ensure timely resolution and escalation where required.

    • 3. Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, Public Administration, IT, or Rural Development related fields
  • 5–8 years of experience in government liaison, project management, e-Governance Aadhaar operations
  • Knowledge of UIDAI policies and Aadhaar-related processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and data analysis tools.
  • Prior experience in working with CSCs, MeeSeva, or similar digital governance projects will be an added advantage.

  • Adept in Telugu, English, and Hindi communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively across Telangana.

    • 5. Annual Salary Package : INR 7,20,000 - INR 12,00,000 / - (based on qualification and experience)
