Content Lead (Storytelling & Performance)

Company : Hoora Technologies

Location : Nagpur (In-office)- Full-time

Reports to : CEO / VP Marketing

Experience : 3–5 years in Content Strategy & Marketing

Salary : 8-15 LPA

Job Mission

You will be the voice of the Hoora brand. Your mission is to drive measurable business results by creating compelling, high-converting content across all channels. You must blend powerful storytelling with a performance marketing mindset to accelerate D2C sales, improve service adoption, and solidify our brand's authority.

Key Responsibilities

1. Storytelling & Brand Voice (The Core)

  • Create powerful, emotionally engaging stories for Vehicle 360 and D2C products.
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Write high-quality copy for website, emails, social media, videos, and long-form content.

2. Performance & Content Marketing

  • Produce conversion-focused content for ads, landing pages, and sales funnels.
  • Lead SEO content efforts to boost rankings and build brand authority.
  • Track content KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize using insights.
  • 3. Product & D2C Focus

  • Develop product-focused content that clearly communicates value and features.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams for aligned copy and creative output.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience (Mandatory) : 3–5 years in content creation and marketing with a strong focus on business impact.
  • D2C Exposure (Mandatory) : Proven experience creating content for product-based D2C brands or consumer-tech companies.
  • Core Skills : Strong in storytelling, content strategy, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Execution Ability : Excellent copywriting across channels with a good understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Portfolio (Mandatory) : Must showcase high-performing content and ad campaigns that delivered measurable conversions.
  • Mindset : Creative, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Titles : Content Head (D2C Products), Marketing Head (D2C Products), Content Creator for D2C Brands.
  • Working Hours :

  • Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM
