Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Officer specializing in Car Loans and Home Loans. Based in Kerala, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KOLLAM, KOTTAYAM, Kozhikode, Ernakulam . Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying and acquiring new customers, understanding loan requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The Relationship Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Financial services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, including identifying and converting leads
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in banking or loan services is an advantage
• Fluency in local languages is a plus
