Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Provide wound care and support patient rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and calls.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification.Proven experience in clinical nursing or hospital setting preferred.Strong knowledge of nursing care procedures and protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Compassionate and patient-focused approach.Preferred Qualifications :
Specialization or certification in areas such as ICU, pediatric, surgical, or geriatric nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Skills Required
