Job Responsibilities
- Participate in customer calls to gather technical and business requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops and convert requirements into clear solution documents.
- Understand customer pain points and map them with cloud-native solutions.
- Prepare solution outlines, HLDs, LLDs, BOMs, and feasibility assessments.
- Support solution design across OpenStack + any one public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Basic to intermediate-level involvement in Kubernetes, microservices, and container workloads.
- Work with senior architects when deeper expertise is required.
- Prepare proposals, SoWs, technical write-ups, architecture diagrams.
- Respond to RFIs / RFPs with clear, structured documentation.
- Maintain updated templates, diagrams, and reusable assets.
- Conduct product demos and cloud walkthroughs for customers.
- Assist in executing POCs with support from the engineering team.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment from proposal to handover.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with OpenStack (operations-level exposure preferred).Working experience with AWS and / or Azure (GCP is a plus).Understanding of Kubernetes basics (deployments, services, ingress, scaling).Familiarity with microservices concepts and containerization (Docker).Ability to use Visio / Draw.io for architecture diagrams.Strong documentation skills (HLD / LLD / SoW / proposals).Good communication and presentation ability for customer interactions.Ability to translate customer requirements into solution components.Qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS / IT or related field.ABOUT RTDS
