The role of a Business Development Manager is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He / she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include :
1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
2. Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
3. Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company, like PHP, Laravel, Android, iOS, React-native, etc.
4. Identifying new sales leads from UK, US, Europe Markets and any other international markets.
Skills Required :
1. Requirement gathering, analysis, cost estimation, preparing proposal & Closure of Deal.
2. Expert at generating leads using various sources - Bidding portals, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
3. Must have good negotiation skills
4. Experience in the International domain is a must.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
