Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience in X++ development for Dynamics 365 F&O. Proven experience in integrations, automation, and enterprise-grade customizations. Proficiency in SSRS, SQL, OData, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies. Good understanding of D365 Finance & HR processes. Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, branching, code reviews). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. MB-300 (Mandatory) MB-310 – Preferred MB-920 – Preferred MB-700 – Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced X++ custom logic for Dynamics 365 Finance and HR modules.
- Build complex functionality such as payroll posting logic, HR service request automation, and financial process automation.
- Integrate external systems (Payroll, Attendance, HRMS, etc.) using APIs, OData services, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports and support Power BI data modeling and analytics.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform performance optimization, and ensure upgrade-safe development.
- Customize forms, workflows, security roles, automation rules, and other system components.
- Use Azure DevOps for version control, branching, CI / CD pipelines, deployments, and code reviews.
- Work with SQL, JavaScript, CRM SDK, and related technologies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
