Senior Technical Developer (X++)

Key Responsibilities

Develop advanced

X++ custom logic

for Dynamics 365 Finance and HR modules.

Build complex functionality such as

payroll posting logic ,

HR service request automation , and

financial process automation .

Integrate external systems (Payroll, Attendance, HRMS, etc.) using

APIs, OData services, and Azure Logic Apps .

Develop and maintain

SSRS reports

and support

Power BI

data modeling and analytics.

Troubleshoot system issues, perform performance optimization, and ensure

upgrade-safe development .

Customize

forms, workflows, security roles, automation rules , and other system components.

Use

Azure DevOps

for version control, branching, CI / CD pipelines, deployments, and code reviews.

Work with

SQL, JavaScript, CRM SDK , and related technologies as needed.

Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in

X++ development

for Dynamics 365 F&O.

Proven experience in

integrations, automation, and enterprise-grade customizations .

Proficiency in

SSRS, SQL, OData, Azure Logic Apps , and related technologies.

Good understanding of

D365 Finance & HR processes .

Experience with

Azure DevOps

(pipelines, branching, code reviews).

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
