We’re Hiring : Field Sales Executive – B2C & Society Campaigns

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 1–10 Years

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive B2C sales through direct customer interactions.
  • Plan & execute society campaigns, community activations, and on-ground events to maximize outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in residential societies and local communities.
  • Meet & exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
  • Gather customer insights to help improve products and campaigns.

Ideal Candidate :

  • 1–10 years of field sales experience with a proven track record in B2C sales.
  • Hands-on experience in running society campaigns / residential activations.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-ground sales.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, or Consumer Services preferred.
