Profile Description

We're seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology team as a Dot Net Full stack Developer, in Workforce Technology & Services to in Core Platform Services to help drive program automation and strategy.

Technically strong engineer who enjoys working across the full stack. You'll design, implement, and maintain microservices and front-end modules and libraries that interact through a unified API gateway. The ideal candidate writes maintainable, scalable code and thinks ahead to build flexible, reusable systems.

This is a Lead Software Engineer, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What You'll Do In The Role

• Develop and maintain backend services in C#.NET and Python FastAPI.
• Work on API Gateway logic, authentication, and routing using Ocelot or YARP.
• Build and enhance Angular applications using modern UI libraries.
• Contribute to containerization, CI / CD pipelines, and deployments.
• Collaborate with peers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Integrate with authentication and data services using secure patterns.
• Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Explore opportunities to bring AI-assisted capabilities into the ecosystem
