Head - Product Implementation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Product Implementation function within the Professional Services team of our Insurtech product organization. This role will be responsible for managing enterprise software implementations for global insurance and reinsurance customers, building high-performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Implementation & Delivery :

• Define and establish the implementation framework for enterprise software delivery.
• Lead client implementations, ensuring control of schedule, budget, risks, and overall governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, providing effective recommendations for avoidance.
• Ensure strong client communication, needs assessment, and delivery of effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in policies, procedures, methods, and tools for delivery.
• Support system integration partnerships and competency development.
• Collaborate with PMO and Finance on invoicing and change management processes.
