Contract Bazaar is hiring an

Operations Manager

to lead our service delivery function within the legal services domain.

This is an operations role (team management, TAT tracking, process improvement). It is

not

a legal drafting or advisory position.

About the Role

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of client assignments

Lead the operations team and monitor performance, TATs, and workload distribution

Handle escalations, reporting, and coordination with internal teams

Improve processes, implement SOPs, and drive service quality

Conduct training & development and support performance reviews

Required Experience

4–7 years in Operations / Service Delivery (KPO / BPO / LPO / Consulting / Professional Services)

Minimum 2 years in a team lead / manager role

Strong experience in performance tracking, TAT management, and workflow optimization

Legal services exposure is a plus, not mandatory
