Job descriptionSchedule and publish daily posts across : Twitter (X) Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube WhatsApp Channels Ensure posts are timely, compliant, and relevant. Use appropriate hashtags, tagging, and metadata for optimization. Monitor platforms 24x7 for mentions, tags, and trends related to client. Flag critical public feedback or negative sentiment to the client's official concerned. Coordinate and implement responses per client's escalation protocol. Maintain dashboards for : Impressions, reach, clicks, shares, likes, comments Engagement rates and audience sentiment Submit data to the Monthly Effectiveness Analysis and MIS Reports. Highlight top-performing content, campaign outcomes, and recommendations. Work closely with : Graphic Designer for creatives Video Editor for reels, explainers Content Writer for captions, scripts Provide input on visual treatment based on platform trends. Identify and report viral / negative content trends affecting client. Coordinate with client to prepare real-time statements or content to manage perception. Ensure all content follows client’s regulatory framework. Remove / flag inappropriate content as per copyright and moderation policy. Assist in copyright protection efforts (including fake news takedowns). Identify and tag non-paid influencers who amplify client messaging. Track public shares and mentions and incorporate findings into monthly reports. Provide digital amplification for client press conferences, consumer events, or workshops. Coordinate live social media coverage during these occasions. Graduate in any discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media for government, telecom, or tech sectors Strong command over English and Hindi (including typing) Proven track record of managing multi-platform social strategies Leave entitlement under various heads, up to 32 days / year. 2 duvet days / year (unscheduled absence when you just want play or sleep all day!) - Create monthly content calendars in coordination with the client's PR section.
- Align content with telecom regulatory work, public announcements, events, and campaigns.
- Integrate thematic campaigns such as consumer awareness, digital India, telecom reforms, etc.
