Our office is in Bandra West, Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive at DreamSequence. The job role requires you to :

Maintaining daily bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Raising client invoices on time and managing receivables with strict follow-ups.

Reconciling bank statements, petty cash, and all spends with zero mismatches.

Managing vendor payments, contracts, and verifying deliverables before payout.

Handling monthly payroll : salaries, incentives, leaves, reimbursements.

Coordinating GST & TDS filings with our CA.

Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and revenue projections.

Tracking profitability of projects and flagging cost overruns early.

Working directly with the Founder to model monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Maintaining clean financial documentation and supporting audits.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of finance experience (experience in an agency / production house is a plus).

Strong command over GST / TDS and service-based billing cycles.

Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable with PowerPoint.

Obsessively detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors.

Strong communication and disciplined follow-up habits.

Comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment.
