Role Purpose

Drive sales growth for machine vision automation systems by identifying new industrial customers, conducting technical sales discussions, and converting opportunities into successful orders. Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility in automation and AI-vision markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Generate and qualify leads from automotive, components, FMCG, metal, and electronics industries
  • Conduct customer visits to study vision inspection requirements and collect URS
  • Coordinate PoCs, demos and feasibility studies with the engineering team
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, ROI and project timelines
  • Achieve quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, follow-ups and documentation

Marketing

  • Execute B2B digital campaigns (LinkedIn, targeted emailers)
  • Support creation of case studies, brochures, and application videos
  • Plan and participate in industrial exhibitions and on-site demos
  • Monitor competitor offerings and feed insights to product / engineering
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E. / B.Tech (ECE / Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Automation) OR MBA with technical aptitude
  • 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Automation / Machine Vision / Robotics preferred
  • Understanding of industrial cameras, lenses, optics, and lighting basics (added advantage)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ready for frequent travel to factories and OEMs
  • Self-driven with a consultative selling mindset
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New qualified leads per quarter
  • Number of customer visits and PoCs initiated
  • Proposal conversion % and quarterly revenue achievement
  • CRM hygiene and timely forecasting
  • Marketing campaign response metrics
