Job Objective

To ensure the effective administration and smooth execution of employee benefit programs related to vehicle lease schemes, fuel cards, billing, asset maintenance, and repairs. The role aims to enhance employee experience, optimize cost-efficiency, maintain policy compliance, and ensure the upkeep of company-assigned assets through proactive coordination, vendor management, and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

Car Lease Scheme Administration

Manage end-to-end car lease processes for eligible employees

Coordinate with leasing vendors for quotations, contracts, renewals, and returns

Maintain records of leased / company-owned vehicles

Fuel Card (Petro Card) Management

Issue and manage fuel cards

Monitor usage and handle discrepancies

Ensure timely top-ups and renewals

Vendor & Billing Coordination

Liaise with vendors for leasing, repairs, and fuel services

Verify and process invoices

Negotiate service rates and ensure cost-effective delivery

Asset Maintenance & Repair Oversight

Oversee servicing and repairs of company-assigned assets

Maintain logs of service history and warranty claims

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain updated records of benefit schemes and employee allocations

Ensure policy and regulatory compliance

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards

Employee Support & Communication

Act as a point of contact for benefit-related queries

Conduct benefit briefings during employee induction

Provide guidance on policy usage and escalation procedures
