We're looking out for a Copy writer for social media

Do you talk in memes? Scroll for “just 5 minutes” but somehow know everything trending before it trends? Got Instagram open in one tab, X (Twitter) in another, and your coffee order already saved on the app?

Well then, hey there—we might just be looking for you.

Our creative team at Interactive Avenues is on the hunt for a Copy + Social Media Executive who lives and breathes the internet, and knows that "posting is just the tip of the iceberg."

Who You Are :

1. You’ve got 1-3 years of experience working for social media copywriting (agency or brand side - both are cool).

2. You know your Reels from your Carousels and your Tweets from your Threads.

3. Trendspotting is your second nature—you’re that person who sends the “we should do this” idea while it's still fresh.

4. You understand the purpose behind each post—not just how it looks, but what it’s meant to do.

5. Comfortable with posting, content calendars, and performance reporting dashboards.

6. You're collaborative, organized, and never miss a deadline.

What You’ll Do :

1. Write short format copies for social media.

2. Create monthly content calendars for multiple brands across platforms.

3. Ideate and help execute thumb-stopping social-first campaigns that people remember.

4. Work with in-house designers to plan creatives tailored to each platform.

5. Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

6. Monitor trends, pop culture moments, and conversations—and jump on them when it fits.

7. Track and analyse post-performance, and compile monthly reports with insights and learnings (not just screenshots).

8. Bring fresh energy and ideas to everything you do.

Bonus Points If :

1. You’ve worked in an agency environment before.

2. You’ve made your own content (even for fun).

Location : Bangalore (Domlur, Indiranagar to be specific)

Type of hire : Full-time, 3rd party payroll, Work-From-Office-5-days-a-week role
