Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer acquisition, retention and service excellence.

This role involves coordinating between parents and doctors, managing inquiries and promoting our various packages — all handled from the office.

The position comes with attractive performance-based incentives for meeting sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition :

  • Engage with parents and new leads to promote BabyMD’s services and vaccination packages.
  • Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into confirmed appointments and package sales.
  • Maintain lead trackers, follow-ups and CRM updates for all new prospects.

Customer Retention & Service :

  • Ensure an excellent parent experience from first inquiry to ongoing care.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing parents to drive repeat visits.
  • Collect and act on parent feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Customer Support :

  • Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling between parents and doctors.
  • Assist with billing, payments and administrative support.
  • Prepare and share daily / weekly sales and service performance reports.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Inside Sales (healthcare, wellness, or education preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable working from the office.
  • Energetic, target-oriented and passionate about working with families and children.
