As a Senior Technical Consultant :

• You will learn our platform's features through on-the-job training.
• You will work on new implementations for our clients (greenfield projects).
• You will build AI agents on our platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects).
• You will conduct technical analysis and workshops with clients to design integrations for these AI agents.
• You will prepare Solution Design documents for AI agents and their supporting integrations.
• You will lead successful implementation of AI agents and integrations by working closely with your team and key client stakeholders.
• You will utilize software development skills to enhance our product portfolio.
• You will work closely with international colleagues and clients.

This role allows you to learn our leading enterprise Agentic AI platform, which will soon become part of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications include at least 3 years of back-end software development experience in Python, solution design experience, and strong experience with APIs and integrations.

Bonus points for prior consulting or professional services experience, cloud platform development experience, and open-source software contributions.
