Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D BIM Consultant at GKC Consultants. The consultant will be responsible for implementing BIM-based project controls, optimizing schedules and conducting BIM modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D architectural models from LOD 200 to LOD 500

Well versed with 3D BIM Tools like Autodesk REVIT, ArchiCAD, BlueBeam, Sketchup etc...

Create, edit, and manage Revit Families for Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems with parameters.

Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to ensure coordinated models.

Work with BIM annotations, levels, and documentation for project accuracy.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project coordination and compliance with BIM standards.

Assist in reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural drawings for model creation.

Maintain high standards of quality control, accuracy, and project documentation.

Use tools such as Navisworks and ACC for model review, coordination, and collaboration.

Qualifications

Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge

Experience with Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD and other 3D BIM Software

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field

Understanding of Project Management tools and 4D BIM will be an advantage
