Our ideal candidate needs to have :

A bachelor's degree from a recognized university

A diploma / degree in early childhood education or a related field

A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a Reggio inspired preschool educator, you will :

Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a rich, child centered curriculum that supports children's development and interests.

Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that supports exploration, creativity and collaboration.

Use documentation as a tool for reflection and communication with colleagues, families and children.

Foster positive relationships with children and families, and communicate regularly about children's progress and experiences.

Engage in ongoing professional development to deepen your understanding and implementation of the Reggio Emelia approach.
