Job description

Purpose of Position

To oversee daily execution of construction and billing verification, ensuring timely, safe and quality completion of structural, finishing and utility works.

Major Responsibilities

. Supervise construction of towers, bungalows, and external infra works.

. Verify compliance with GFC drawings, technical specifications, and contracts.

. Monitor contractor resource deployment and productivity.

. Validate contractor bills and certify quantities with Quantity Surveyor.

. Ensure coordination between civil, MEP, and architectural teams.

. Enforce safety and quality protocols on-site.

Qualification and Experience

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of Residential / commercial / institutional buildings, roads and Infrastructure and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.

Skills & Qualities :
Strong knowledge of civil construction, contracts, and billing systems.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera.
Eye for detail in measurements and execution.
Firmness in site supervision and dispute resolution.
Collaborative and responsive under pressure.
