Role Overview :
We are looking for a Tech Lead (Full Stack) who will take complete ownership of the technical architecture, system design, and development of our platform. You will lead the entire tech team and play a critical role in shaping the product from the ground up.
This role is not just about coding - it’s about thinking, planning, and executing at the same time . We need someone who can write high-quality, scalable code while also making smart technical decisions, designing long-term architecture, and guiding the team through product development and problem-solving.
As a core member of the founding team, you will work closely with the founder to define product direction, tech strategy, and development priorities, while building a reliable and scalable system that can grow with thousands of users.
Responsibilities :
Design and manage the complete system architecture.
Develop and oversee both frontend and backend components.
Take ownership of scalability, performance, and tech decisions.
Review code and ensure best development practices are followed.
Guide and mentor backend and frontend developers and interns.
Plan deployment structure, server infrastructure, and database architecture.
Ensure system security, reliability, and maintainability.
Required Skills :
Strong with Node.js + TypeScript (NestJS / Express

Experience Require d :
We are looking for someone wi th 3–6 years of hands-on experie nce in full-stack development, along with proven experience in system architecture and product development. The candidate should have worked on at least one live production product and be comfortable taking ownership of both frontend and backend systems.
Prior experience in leading or mentoring a small technical team will be a strong advantage, as this role involves guiding developers and interns while contributing directly to critical technical decisions.

Compensation & Benefits :
Salary Ran ge : ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on experience and skill level)
