Site Engineer

Supervise and monitor interior site execution including carpentry electrical plumbing flooring false ceiling and finishing works.

Review and interpret architectural drawings interior layouts and design specifications .

Coordinate with designers contractors vendors and suppliers for timely material availability and execution.

Ensure work is carried out as per quality safety and compliance standards .

Prepare and maintain daily site reports work progress updates and measurement records .

Monitor project timelines resource utilization and resolve site-level issues.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design adherence and finishing quality.

Support in preparing BOQs material requirements and site documentation .

Ensure smooth handover of completed work to clients.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and finishing works .

Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings AutoCAD layouts and technical specifications .

Experience in site supervision vendor coordination and quality control .

Knowledge of materials costing and BOQ preparation .

Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance .

Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools .

Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.

Problem-solving ability to handle site-level challenges.
