Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Load Dispatcher at Harzon Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Truck Load Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching trucks to appropriate locations, ensuring timely delivery of cargo. Daily tasks include coordinating with drivers, preparing and processing shipping documents, communicating with clients and vendors, handling emergencies or unexpected issues, and maintaining records of all dispatches and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and coordination skills for scheduling and dispatching trucks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with drivers, clients, and vendors
• Ability to handle emergencies and unexpected issues with quick, effective decision-making
• Proficiency in preparing and processing shipping documents
• Experience in maintaining accurate records of dispatches and deliveries
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office software and dispatch systems
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
