Webflow Developer – Phoenix Studio

About the Role :

Phoenix Studio is looking for an innovative and skilled Webflow Developer to join our growing web team. You&aposll collaborate with designers and marketers to build visually captivating and performance-driven websites. We want a creative individual with strong Webflow expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for stunning UI / UX.

Core Responsibilities :

• Develop visually compelling websites with high-end UI animations and smooth web interactions on Webflow, using Figma designs
• Add creativity and out-of-the-box ideas to enhance website look and feel
• Build and iterate on all types of Webflow pages : homepages, landing pages, blogs, etc.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness
• Maintain brand consistency across all delivered web properties
• Follow best practices in web standards, accessibility, and usability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge design and development
• Provide hands-on support for website maintenance and updates
• Stay current with industry best practices and new CMS / landing page tools
