Crypto-Native Project / Account Manager

Company Description

We're a Web3 media marketing agency partnering with top influencers and brands. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes crypto to join us as a Project / Account Manager .

Join our mission to empower Web3 brands by managing client relationships, driving campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery. This is a client-facing role , so strong communication, problem-solving, and social media knowledge are essential.

Role Description

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and projects.

Manage end-to-end client communications : onboarding calls, reporting, feedback, updates and keep relationships strong.

Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, social media, content) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

Monitor and track performance of client accounts, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Stay on top of crypto / Web3 news, trends, and communities to provide insights for client strategies.

Ensure social media content and campaigns align with client goals and brand voice.

Handle multiple projects at once with clear timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

Crypto Native : Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, exchanges, tokens, etc.).

Social Media Experience : Hands-on experience in social media management, strategy, or growth (Twitter / X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram).

2–4 years of experience in account / project management, preferably in marketing, digital, or crypto agencies.

Excellent communicator who can hold client calls, handle feedback, and present strategies with confidence.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and deliverables.

Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving Web3 environment.

Previous experience working with crypto brands / projects .

Familiarity with analytics tools (Twitter analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.).

Experience working in remote, global teams .
