About the Role

We are hiring an experienced

Platform Development Engineer

to join a fast-growing technology company building next-generation

AI / ML infrastructure solutions

for large-scale performance computing and streaming platforms. The role involves working at the intersection of hardware and software — designing and developing

high-performance device drivers, SDKs, and microcode

to power innovative products that push the limits of data and compute performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

device drivers

for new ASICs and off-the-shelf silicon.

Perform

board bring-up, validation , and hardware-software integration for new products.

Collaborate closely with

hardware engineers

to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Develop

diagnostic tools

and

manufacturing test software

for hardware validation.

Optimize embedded software for

performance, reliability, and scalability .

Debug

Linux kernel and hardware-level

issues using lab instruments and tools (JTAG, KGDB, etc.).

Contribute to defining hardware operation and interfacing with product team

Required Skills & Experience

7–15 years

of experience in

embedded software, hardware bring-up , and system validation.

Expertise in

C / C++

or similar high-performance languages.

Hands-on experience with

RTOS (FreeRTOS)

and embedded systems.

Strong understanding of

buses and protocols : I2C, UART, SPI, PCIe.

Proven track record working with

complex ASICs

and embedded platforms.

Experience developing and supporting

manufacturing test diagnostics .

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across hardware and software boundaries.
