Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Bench Sales Recruiter / Candidate Marketing Specialist who will market candidates’ profiles to U.S. recruiters and clients.
You’ll be responsible for creating visibility, applying strategically, following up, and getting interviews for our clients across the U.S. job market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market candidates’ profiles (IT & Non-IT) to potential recruiters, vendors, and clients across the U.S.
- Apply to relevant jobs on portals like Dice, , Indeed, Monster, etc.
- Build strong vendor / recruiter relationships to get consistent interview pipelines
- Tailor resumes based on job descriptions (matching skills and keywords)
- Track submissions, interviews, and offers in CRM
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates
- Collaborate with internal career advisors to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly placement / interview targets
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales / Candidate Marketing / Recruitment DeliveryExcellent written and spoken English communicationStrong knowledge of US job market , visa classifications (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC), and contract types (C2C, W2, 1099)Experience using job portals (Dice, Indeed, , Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)Understanding of vendor management systems (VMS) and MSP clients is a plusCapable of multi-tasking across 8–10 profiles simultaneouslyProven record of placing candidates / generating interviewsPreferred Background
Experience in a US staffing / consulting firmHands-on with resume tailoring and keyword optimizationFamiliar with recruiter outreach automation and CRM toolsCompensation & Growth
