Generative Ai Engineer

Position Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), model fine-tuning, deployment and evaluation. The ideal candidate possess hands on experience with Python and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) along with familiarity with various AI frameworks and tools like Langchain, PyTorch, SpaCy.

Role and Responsibilities :

Model Fine Tuning & Training : Finetune Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize their performance for specific tasks and improve overall model accuracy.

Model Deployment : Deploy generative AI models into production environments using cloud platforms(Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker.

Cloud Integration : Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions using services from Azure or AWS Marketplace, including but not limited to Cognitive Services, Object Storage, API Management (APIM), and App Services.

NLP & Search Solutions : Implement NLP based solutions and develop indexing / search capabilities, with in-depth experience in at least one indexing systems.

API Development : Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or Fast API to serve AI models and integrate them with external systems.

LLM Evaluation & Agentic AI : Evaluate the performance of LLMs for various use cases and explore the potential of Agentic AI to improve system efficiency.

Continuous Learning & Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP and related fields and incorporate these advancements into development process.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are a plus.

Technical Skills :

Strong programming skills in languages like Python.

Proficiency in AI Frameworks and Tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, DSPy, SpaCy.

Experience with web frameworks like Flask, Fast API.

Experience in containerization tools like Docker.

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure.

Experience with at least one Indexer.

Additional Skills : MCP, API Development, LLM Evaluation, Agentic AI.
