Seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager with a deep understanding of U.S. real estate, construction, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and ensure the successful execution of new headquarters, operational facilities, and manufacturing plants, both domestically and internationally.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Site Selection :

• Spearhead the identification and assessment of potential locations for new facilities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to define the specific requirements for each facility, including location, size, and operational functionality.
• Perform detailed market analysis and feasibility assessments to pinpoint optimal sites that fulfill strategic, operational, and financial targets.
