Sirian Group Inc is looking for a dynamic Account Manager / Sr. Technical Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in the US Recruiting Life Cycle to join our team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and vendor partners
Understand client hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly
Hands on in full recruiting life cycle (Sourcing → Screening → Submissions → Interview Coordination → Onboarding)
Able to work Individually and Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely and quality submissions
Experience in bringing New Clients / Implementations to the company
Track performance, report metrics, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement in delivery
Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of hands-on experience in the US IT Recruiting Life Cycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client management or account handling
Ability to add New Clients / Implementation Partners
Knowledge of IT skills, job portals, VMS, and vendor management
Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
