About the role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience building scalable applications, APIs, and intuitive front-end interfaces. You will play a key role in developing our AI-driven SaaS platform, ensuring robustness, performance, and scalability to support real-time decision-making in the supply chain domain.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Backend Development : Python, Django, REST API, Docker, PostgreSQL / RDS, MongoDB, Redis, AWS / GCP
  • Frontend Development : React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, Material UI (or equivalent), Charting libraries
  • System Design & Scalability Strong understanding of OOP, DSA, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
  • Engineering Best Practices CI / CD, testing frameworks, code reviews, observability tools
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver business-focused solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Ensure system reliability, high availability, and security across the platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Implement engineering best practices, including CI / CD, automated testing, code reviews, and observability.
  • Solve complex system design and data scalability challenges.

    • Qualifications :

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a reputed institute.
  • 25 years of full stack development experience with backend-heavy focus.
  • Strong backend expertise : Python, Django, REST APIs, Docker, PostgreSQL / RDS, MongoDB, Redis, AWS / GCP.
  • Frontend skills : React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, Material UI (or similar), charting libraries (Highcharts / D3 / Recharts).
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms, and system scalability.
  • Proven ability to design and implement large-scale distributed applications.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching strategies.
  • Exposure to Big Data processing pipelines (Spark, Flink) and interactive analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ML model deployment and MLOps workflows.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, quick commerce, logistics, or supply chain technology platforms.
