For our Operations team in Falta, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Operator.

About job :

• Operating, monitoring, controlling, and adjusting all equipment in the production process based on measurements or analysis of the product specifications.
• Strict compliance to SOP, SOC, EHS procedures and administrative guidelines
• Intervening when process disturbances in the production process occur and in consultation with Supervisor / Manager to determine whether the production process needs to be stopped for reasons of safety or process / product specification deviation.
• Stopping and starting of installations
• Troubleshooting small failures of machines and installations or invocation of R&M, in consultation with the Supervisor / Manager as and when required.
• Packaging of product in bags, weighing and shrink / stretch wrapping and placing packaged products with a forklift in the designated warehouse locations.
• Perform standardized product, process analysis, and monitor results, such that timely adjustment of the production process will take place.
• This includes taking of samples compare the results of the laboratory with the specifications Deciding on the adjustments in the process within defined authorization.
• Reviewing with Supervisor / Manager to get timely and safe maintenance or repairs to machinery and installations.
• Identifying and reporting (future) malfunctions
• Documenting of production information for the shift reporting, so that colleagues are informed regarding the production, analysis etc. and technical failure of installations.
• Observance of operating, environmental, health and safety regulations, housekeeping of equipment and work area. Being a role model to other team members.
• Ensure good housekeeping of operating area and self-involvement in housekeeping
